The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location. The house itself is well presented, the living room has high ceilings which give it a spacious and calm feel and had a beautiful aspect over the garden. The spa bath was heavenly! A lovely relaxing treat. Although a large house, personal touches give it a lovely homely feel. I would highly recommend Ty Llyfant for a peaceful break with good access to all the area has to offer.

Outstanding! A first class property situated in a quiet location, it is fully equipped, extremely comfortable and spacious and was more than adequate for our 2 families. Plenty to see and do within a 30 minute drive, the children were fully entertained, superb views and a walk to Mount Snowdon is a must!

I would definitely recommend this property. Even though it was quite in the middle of nowhere, we made our own fun and had days out which were only a short ride away. We spent time in Bedgellert (a place which we love anyway) and a day on the beach at Cricceth - what a lovely place that is. The property was fantastic and very cozy with a decent sized garden for the kids to play. We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning - what value for money! Thanks very much for a wonderful weekend!
